Massaman Curry

Pre-cooked long grain rice with fresh potatoes, carrots and green beans mixed with tofu and a mild coconut curry. Top it off with crushed peanuts, included in the package, for an authentic Thai meal in minutes. It's a Real Meal made with real ingredients. 

Cooking Instructions: Combine rice and sauce packets into a sauce pan over low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until warm, stirring occasionally. Transfer into a bowl, top with ground peanuts and serve. 

*Alternate: Combine rice and sauce packets into a microwave-safe bowl and stir. Microwave on high for 60 seconds or until warm. Top with ground peanuts and serve.
