Thai Curry Noodle

After you finish the noodles, Seitan and winged beans, be sure to slurp up the flavorful sauce that makes this Thai curry soup so special. We included a package of fried onions for extra crunch.

Cooking Instructions: Combine sauce and noodle packets into a pot over low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until warm, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a bowl, add fried onion and serve. 

*Alternate: Combine sauce and noodle packets into a microwave-safe bowl, stir and microwave on high for 60 seconds or until warm. Stir, add fried onion, and serve.
