Ingredient List
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 6.4-ounce package Upton’s Naturals Classic Burger (2 patties)
  • 2 slices or 1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pico de gallo or salsa
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then pan fry the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side. After flipping to the second side, place or sprinkle the vegan cheddar cheese atop the burger to melt, placing a lid over the skillet if necessary.

Toast the insides of each burger bun in the skillet, then transfer to plates.

To assemble, spoon half of the guacamole onto the bottom of each toasted burger bun, then add the lettuce leaves and burgers. Place the jalapeño slices atop the burger, then spoon even amounts of pico de gallo on top. Spread the vegan mayo on the toasted sides of the top buns, then place the buns on top to finish.
