Fans of this flavor know, if you want vegan Italian wedding soup, you have to make it yourself—until now! This flavorful soup features the perfect herbaceous broth to sop up with bread, plus loads of pasta, speckles of spinach, and our own Italian Seitan. With no added colors, flavors or preservatives, it’s as close to homemade as you’ll find in a can.

Ingredients: Water, spinach, Italian Seitan (water, vital wheat gluten, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), whole wheat flour, garlic, sea salt, onion, fennel, black pepper, red pepper), carrot, pasta (semolina, durum flour), onion, celery, mirepoix base (carrot, onion, celery purees, salt, sugar, corn oil, potato flour, carrot powder), garlic, olive oil, salt, thyme, pepper, bay leaf, rosemary.
Contains: Wheat, Soy.

Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Cook over medium heat until warmed through, about 2–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Microwave: In a microwave-safe bowl, cook for 1–1½  minutes. Stir and cool slightly before serving.

Storage Instructions: May be stored with or without refrigerator. Once open, refrigerate and consume within 5 days after opening.
