Baked Ch’eesy Mac with Garlic Butter Crumb

This quick and easy crowd pleaser makes a great main dish or side.

Ingredients
  

For the Topping

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbs vegan butter melted
  • 1 Tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic pressed or minced
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the pre-cooked noodles and cheese packets from the boxes of Upton’s Natural Ch’eesy Mac.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, vegan butter, nutritional yeast, garlic and salt.
  • Top the Ch’eesy Mac with a generous amount of bread crumbs. You might have some left over.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese sauce is bubbling and the crumb topping has toasted brown spots.
  • Serve hot.
