What is Banana Blossom?
It’s the flower at the end of a banana fruit cluster. The flaky texture and neutral flavor makes it an ideal alternative to fish. And no, it doesn’t taste like bananas!
Banana Blossom
A soy-free, gluten-free, organic certified alternative to fish that literally grows on trees. Banana blossom is a large, purple-skinned flower that grows at the end of a bunch of bananas. Its tightly packed petals are neutral in flavor but mimic the flaky texture of fish, making it an ideal whole-food substitute.

Ingredients: Organic banana blossom, water, organic lime juice, sea salt.
Cooking Instructions: To prepare, we recommend patting the banana blossom dry with a clean cloth or paper towel before battering and frying, or season as desired and add it to your dish. Be sure to check out our recipe for Banana Blossom Fillet on the back of the package!
Storage Instructions: May be stored with or without refrigerator. Once open, refrigerate and consume within 5 days after opening. As a whole plant food, color variation is normal.
