Chili Lime Jackfruit Nachos
Spice up your nachos with the addition of Chili Lime Jackfruit!
Ingredients
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 package Upton’s Naturals Chili Lime Jackfruit
- 1 15oz can black beans
- 1 & ½ cups shredded vegan cheddar cheese
Toppings:
- 1 cup prepared guacamole
- 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa
- jalapeño slices
- fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Fill 4 oven-safe dishes with tortilla chips. Divide the jackfruit and black beans between the 4 dishes and spoon over the chips. Sprinkle each plate of nachos with 1/4 of the cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until the jackfruit is heated through and the cheese melts.
- Top each plate of nachos with guacamole and pico de gallo or salsa, then garnish with fresh cilantro and jalapeño slices.
