Ingredients
- 1 & ½ lbs Brussels sprouts washed and dried
- 4 oz Upton’s Naturals Bacon Seitan diced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic crushed or finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 Tbs balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet, or use parchment paper. Set aside.
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut each one in half lengthwise.
- Mix the cut sprouts with olive oil and garlic and spread out on the pan in a single layer.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Roast sprouts for 15 minutes.

- Serve hot.
Notes
Roast the sprouts cut-side-down for the first 15 minutes to ensure the centers get tender.Â
