Wet Batter

Old Bay seasoning
Dry Batter

cornmeal

salt and Pepper to taste
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce

vegan mayo
¼
cup
roasted bell pepper

lemon juice

tsp
smoked paprika seasoning

granulated garlic
salt to taste
Plus
sandwich bread or buns
pickles
chopped lettuce
Instructions
Marinate Banana Blossom for 3-4 hours. Overnight if possible. The longer, the more flavor, and it breaks down the texture to make it softer.
Dip Banana Blossom in the dry batter.
Dip Banana Blossom in the wet batter.
Fry or air fry until golden brown.
Mix roasted red bell pepper sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Build your sandwich and enjoy!
