Thanksgiving Updogs
Use up your leftovers to make these epic Updogs, or serve them as your main dish at your Friendsgiving holiday get-togethers!
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package Upton's Naturals Updog Vegan Hot Dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- ¼ cup vegan butter softened
- 1 clove garlic crushed or finely minced
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup mashed potatoes
- ¼ cup Holiday Stuffing with Italian Seitan
- ¼ cup Baked Ch’eesy Mac
- Vegan gravy
- Crispy fried onions
- Chives chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat together the softened vegan butter with minced garlic.
- Spread about 1 Tbs of garlic butter onto each hot dog bun.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, toast the buns and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the Updogs according to package directions.
- Spread 1 Tbs cranberry sauce on each toasted bun, and place a cooked Updog in each one.
- Top with about 1 Tbs each mashed potato, stuffing, and baked Ch’eesy Mac.
- Drizzle with gravy and sprinkle with crispy fried onions and chives.
- Serve immediately.
